Dan brings a unique blend of operational rigor, strategic clarity, and human-centered leadership to every engagement.
He has led companies through turnarounds, exits, and reinventions — and now works closely with CEOs, leadership teams, and investors to help navigate inflection points with confidence. Through Gallarus, Dan leads a network of like-minded operators, advisors, and experts who share a commitment to authenticity, accountability, and action.

Why “Gallarus”?
The name Gallarus comes from the Gallarus Oratory, an ancient stone structure on the Dingle Peninsula in Ireland. Built by hand over a thousand years ago, the oratory still stands — its precision and craftsmanship a testament to what endures.
Dan has used the Gallarus name since the early 2000s as a personal symbol of that ethos. It reflects his belief that real leadership — like real craft — is built brick by brick, with intention, integrity, and care.
The Oratory is modest in size but powerful in presence. It endures not because it was rushed, but because it was built to last.
